The Yards Branding

The YARDS at Fort York is a high-rise neighbourhood developed by ONNI Group. It is in the Harbourfront area of Toronto, located right next to historic Fort York. The YARDS at Fort York is a true neighbourhood surrounded by green space and parks but it is also close to hip shopping and dining locations of downtown Toronto such as, King West, Queen West and Entertainment District.

The identity of THE YARDS at Fort York needed to represent key features like neighbourhood, open space, amenity and needed to be urban, young and connected with a touch of historical feel.
